I specifically asked to have my battery area cleaned of any corrosion residuals from old battery. It seems as if they just pulled the old one out, and put the new one in. A half fast job, it was not cleaned. Taking in cosideration that you kept my car for 2 entire days.On the other hand Lilly was great, very helpful and professional.

David was not in a very great mood when he greeted us for our oil change. We are new to California moving from Missouri and had a coupon to get a free oil change. Right away he told me it was expired and handed it back. I explained to him that we extended it online and he said that is weird he had never seen that before. After our car was ready 2 hours later he told us the two things that were wrong with our car but never explained how much that would cost or try to up sell. He sounded like he just wanted to get rid of us. I’m a Retail Manger and it’s all about customer service. Maybe he was just having a bad morning but if you have any other complaints about David P you should definitely look into it! Thank you, STEPHANIE B

I came in for 100,000 miles which was 996000,on my mileage but when I receive my car getting to Baseline I find out that my car milage has been have been reset to 100315 which I did not find it funny at all will be there tomorrow for who did it to see to that,for I can't have my car that way

No time estimate on service was given. Granted it was a weekend, but we were attended to immediately when the vehicle was dropped off and picked up.
