First, I think its important that your establishment know the correct information to impart to your customers that being what recalls pertain and what is all involved as far as what will be done and the allotted time it would take to complete the job. Leaving customers in the dark and very importantly MISINFORMING customers causes distrust and upsets customers unnecessarily. We have been a long time customer with the Fontana facility for years with the purchase of three vehicles. In closing in the future all involved in assisting your customers should know their jobs.

I had a 9:15 apt. waited . 1 1/2 hours to be seen . Lily didn’t help one bit she was busy and someone else helped check us in because we were upset and disappointed! Went to pick up my car waited again for Lilly again didn’t help me and the attendant who brings the cars help me get mine!!! I’m very disappointed and will not go back. I’ve been bringing my car her for a while already!’ Please don’t give lily credit for something she didn’t do !! Was to help!!!

Checked in at 3:40 with an appointment time of 3:50 for an oil change. My car finally done at 6:00. Did not receive my copy of the check list which I have always been given upon completion and the sticker that is usually put on the windshield with the date and mileage to bring back for the oil change looks like a piece of tape and can not read the mileage no date on the sticker. I’ve been going there since 2015 and have always been exceptionally satisfied until today. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied not sure if I will return
