Took note than the promised time. Vehicle left unwashed. Couldn’t even add air to tires as it still marks the same as I left it. Horrible service

It took about 2hours to be done my 1st service and I asked how long will take the day I set the appointment they said 1 hour so I decided to wait but they never offered a shuttle, just in case took longer, they said that I got a courtesy car wash but my car was clean already, so I don't if they really did it or just fake it, other than that people were fine.
UPDATE:. I was extremely unsatisfied, but I have to give them credit..they made things right. Good job! I am pleasantly surprised!?
