I had an oil change and a recall upgrade on the computer system, I got there around 10am and it took them more than 4 hours to get it done, I never had to wait that long for an oil change, again I appreciate the rest of the job no complaints as always I trust Fontana Nissan to do all the work on my car.

Very good service and well manner
I am very dissatisfied with the car I purchased there brand new Nissan Sentra SV and after 5 years total failure in it's transmission. Now I have to pay $1500.00 may be more to replace it.Its an incovience to me, money wise, and time as I have to be without a car for the duration of the repair maybe 3days or more.i have two small kids that I have to drop to school and have been forced to seek alternative transportation from neighbours.i am never purchasing a Nissan again and I would discourage my family and friends from the same.I currently had a Honda Civic that was 20 years old and never had problems with engine or transmission. I need a car and have to fix this one that is costing allot on repairs that I wanted to avoid 5 years ago when I purchased a brand new car..

Your service technician Juan was horrible with customer service. He took off after I was there for three hours and couldn't find my car. I will never go back to Fontana Nissan.
You couldn't even remove and replace the damn cabin filter. I will take my car to Infinity to make sure guys did it correctly and didn't brake any components.
David went above and beyond. Will definitely come back for service just because of the awesome experience he gave me. Thank you again, David!
