I filled out the previous survey and it was for both visits
My car went in for a check engine light and from what it felt like a transmission issue, I got that all fixed and at the end of it started to hear a noise coming from the center of my car. I took it back to Juan and he then called me later that day and told me he heard the noise but it was normal for CVT transmissions and it didn’t code so there’s nothing he could do for me. We’ve had 6 different cars with CVT transmissions and never once have we heard a noise from the transmission. Very unhappy with my visit especially when we recommend anyone and everyone to this dealership and have had a ton of family and friends buy cars from the dealership.
