Though the representative was cordial and polite, he failed to remedy our problem of a noise in the steering when turning. Instead he gave us a stock/pinned/usual answer by stating “that’s normal in that model vehicle”. WHICH IS NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED NORMAL. Though he stated the Tech was informed, also stating Tech agreed with him, he also failed to indicate the problem and/or that the noise problem was checked by Tech on paperwork. Based on research with BBB this is a known issue and should be rectified. We hope to hear from Nissan in the near future regarding this issue.
