It was quick and professional.
I took my car in almost two weeks ago, after waiting a week to get transmission don’t, got my car back to only get the engine light on, when I didn’t have one on before. Made an appointment this past Monday at 830am no call to let me know what’s going on I had to call at 230pm that day. Went to pick on Tuesday at 3pm drove it down the street to get gas and the engine light on came on again. I believe if someone would of drove it they would saw the car wasn’t ready for me to pick up. At first Juan was helping me then Herman. When I went to pick up my car he seem overwhelmed and helping way too many people wasn’t even greeted when I got there. And also took an hr to get a rental . As for today Wednesday April 1st I received no call about my car probably because they didn’t work on my car and fix the problem. Not going to call and be on hold and be told they will call me back tomorrow just waiting for a callback.

I was very happy with the excellent and awesome service that I received from the service dept.
I had an appointment at 2 in the afternoon, and even being their 30 mins early I didn’t leave until after 4 p.m.
Service could be better, I had to call to find out the status. Not all work was completed. Work that was done was left dirty.
