I was told to I will receive a courtesy 3 gallon gas fill. When I picked up my car I had to remind them about it. They did fill it but I had to wait. When they drove my vehicle to me I notice they didn’t even get a courtesy car wash. Again I told them about it. They said that it was raining in the morning so it didn’t get a wash. But as I was waiting I notice that every single car that was coming out to other customers they had there car nice and washed. I told my service advisor and he said that there wash it but I would had to wait longer. Or to bring it back another day. The whole reason I dropped off my vehicle the night b4 is to void the wait. Now for then forget about the courtesy gas and the wash it make me doubt the actual service that was done.

Juan was very professional and took the time to greet me and listened to my concerns and then proceeded to explain what was going to do and the time frame he was estimating to perform the work if needed. Got back to me within a few minutes and then ask for additional time to fix my vehicle, which was done before the time he estimated to finished it. Car is performing great at the moment.
