Everyone was very nice at the dealership, BUT I had to wait from 8:15 until 1:30 for my vehicle to be serviced.
I love the way I was greeted and was mad to feel like everything was going to be well with my car. I wasn’t able to pick it up the same day it was done, but it was because of me and I was told that I had nothing to worry about. When I made it back the next day I didn’t wait long to receive my car, I was really pleased.
Fellas just keep doing the best u can.
Herman Rivas has a great friendly personality, he gives honest information and I feel confortable comunicating with him since he is Bilingual in Spanish.

Great service from the minute David picked up the phone to inform us to the minute we were handed our keys after I car was done getting serviced. Excellent experience with the rest of the staff. The job was never finished....
The actual work done was fine, but no one told me the length of time it would take to complete and I was a bit shocked that after two hours I still had another hour and a half to go. There just wasn’t clear communication at the beginning of the process and that annoyed me. The staff in general was extremely nice and helpful when I reached out to find the status of my vehicle.
The transmission slipped a few times this week and now the check engine light is back on.
