When I first stopped by to see if your service dept was open , due to the fact that I called and did not get an answer , not knowing the name of the young man that greeted me, in formed me that I should take my Jeep to the Jeep dealership, it was after I informed him that I purchased the car here at Nissan with a warranty that than okayed me to bring the Jeep and have the problem checked out, upon my return to leave my Jeep I was handled fairly, had to instruct the young man to step back from me and that I will give him the information as to who I am and the reason I’ve brought my vehicle to be serviced, my vehicle was serviced in a time fashion and I was pleased with the messaging I received to keep me informed and that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Picking up my Jeep went smoothly, didn’t wash it as per your advertisement, but it’s ok.
