Everyone is nice, but the wait for an oil change is too long. It always has been. I don't understand the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait three and a half hours for the oil change to be complete.
Juan is an excellent advisor. He knows his job well and keeps me I formed of any issues that need to be addressed for my vehicles maintenance.

Herman Rivas did an excellent service . He is polite and courteous and delivered superb job. He managed to answer all the questions I had about the problems of my vehicle. I am completely satisfied and he deserves recognition and raise perhaps when economy gets back up.!
Always provides great service
I mean I’m happy that I eventually got everything taken care of which im fully satisfied with the completed service however, one thing that did really annoy me is that no matter how many I would bring up the fact that my weatherstrip needed replacing and I had brought it in for fixing multiple times before the warranty with it not getting fixed (simply pushed back in to appear fixed and it’d always pop back out later) and how upset I was about it, he (and anyone else I complained to) always responded that there was nothing that could be done since we were now past the warranty and no one really seemed to care about how wronged I felt. But then my dad (also reasonably upset) complains about it and then all the sudden we can take a look to see if there’s any discount or compensation that can be done. Idk pretty frustrating/invalidating for me in my opinion. I won’t let this one negative encounter ruin my rep for Nissan tho cuz you guys have always been really nice, receptive, and respectful and frankly very helpful for me throughout my years here, but this was honestly kinda disappointing.
