Service took over 5hrs 8AM till after 1PM. Went for brake, needed rotors as well. Tech Jessie took way to long instead of tightening bolts and being done with my car he takes off to lunch having me wait even longer. Herman said bolts need to only be tighten and after that I waited another 1hr. Been coming here for over 8yrs never had issues. Techs seem to be careless.

Waited for 4 1/2 hours for an oil change, and they overfilled my truck by 5 or 6 quarts, had to bring the truck back because it was running so bad.

The person that attended us we very kind but the wait for the car to way longer then it should have but we do appreciate the patience that the works have because they get tired as well and we are happy that they did the job and they did a great job so we thank you guys for the great service.

I've been coming to the Fontana location for maybe 2 - 3 years. I was with another location that just wasn't cutting it. Now being at Fontana Nissan. I,truly remember what Nissan service is. And happy about it. As far as I can see there is nothing wrong with any aspect of Fontana Nissan. So that means there's nothing to Fix...
