My daughter was there almost 5 hours for an appt for oil change and alignment. Seems a bit ridiculous to wait that long when an appt was prescheduled.

Fontana Nissan didn't have the correct rearview mirror for my 2016 Nissan toque...i was told the actual rearview mirror I needed was to he ordered and it would cost me about 700.00 ddls ...now I have to look else where to find the correct rearview mirror for my SUV. I'm upset with the pricing I was quoted...my oil change n filter were serviced and tire rotation on Thursday the 21st..my service experience with Lily was perfect...again I was just not happy that Nissan didn't have the correct rearview mirror I needed for my SUV...thank you Yvette F

My service agent Juan Melendez was very helpful and professional. He took my truck and made sure it received the maintenance service my truck required. This was the first service for my truck since I bought It new in February, so he made sure my warranty contract remained in force. He contacted me during the time my truck was being serviced to let me know everything was going well and not to worry; and that He would call me when the work was done. When the maintenance service was done, he promptly called me. Overall,I was very happy with my maintenance.

It is always so pleasant to come to Fontana Nissan even with social distancing. Thank you for excellent service and my car wash! Poor baby needed her bath.
