The whole idea of an appointment is to have your car serviced . I was told 2 hours ok done in two hours. At 2 hours I went out to see if my car was done, it hadn't even been put in yet. It was in the parking lot. I was then told it would be 15 min( well it was 25) I even told them no wash just to get it out sooner.i have brought my car in just off the street and had better service. I understand " understaffed" dont promise a certain time. Or TALK to the client and tell them your running late, just communicate, dont leave people waiting. Be of service and treat client with truth.

As soon as I drove out of lot the check tire pressure came on for two passenger side tires. I thought you checked tire pressure and added air if needed. Needless to say when I brought car in it didn't have the low pressure warning on. I guess you guys stopped washing cars after also.

I understand that Saturday is a busy service day, however I don’t understand how I took my car in for an oil change and it took 5 hours to be serviced. I feel like something needs to change because that is unacceptable.

I was sent a link to approve or decline recommended services. After approving them and submitting I assumed that my car was getting worked on. The next day I requested status via text but got no reply. The next day I got a text asking what my decisions are on the recommended services. I called right away and was told my car had not been worked on. Basically my car was sitting at Nissan for 2 days with no work done.
