By far the worst experience. I was told to write down on an envelope what I needed done when I asked for help. To go find the box and envelope. I waited five hours, didn't get an update nor the work done I requested, or a copy of the inspection. Unacceptable.
Don’t respect appointments and people time
It wasn’t like my normal drop off today getting my oil change but, due to all the circumstances It’s totally acceptable, but David did a really GREAT job at making me feel Secure about leaving my car. Which I never do. But it was done in a timely manner.
They are professionals and the service is good. Thank you to David for calling me in advance to warn me about the protestors and advising that I do not pick up my car until later.

Service was outstanding as usual. Lily was very helpful especially when I had to call back with a question. She was able to walk me through setting some options I needed. It's nice to have someone to trust on your side. She's been there for all my service visits, thank you.
Dont even worry about it. I purchased the 3 oil changes package with the intent of having the tires rotated and did not get all that was communicated to me when was purchased so chalk it up to a learning experience. Then she wanted me to purchase 800 dollars worth of service and could not even bend for a 29.00 tire rotation. Also 6 hours for an oil change that was supposed to be all? Really? Forget you guys

Thank you for the same day service, despite having a skeleton crew. Our car feels zippier than ever and looks almost brand new,inside and out. Wasn't expecting that perk, so it came as a delightful surprise. Ty for your professional service and maintaining high standards in these highly weird times.
I don't know what to add but Lily is so helpful,cheerful, and honest. I like her better then the guys. She also explains what is needed and maybe wait for another day. I give her a 20 out of 10

Oil change appointment was for 9:20. Arrived at 9:15. Drove off at 11:40. 140 minutes for an oil change is way to long.
He always try's to give me updated with info when my car is being serviced.
