I don’t think the problem was with David. Someone called to remind me that I was overdue for service. I hadn’t been in because I was trying to keep my corona exposure to a minimum. I called back and asked when the next available appointment was and was told 10:30 today. When I arrived there were 8 to 10 cars ahead of me. Two service writers. I sat in my car for a half hour. They had me fill out an ‘early bird’ checkin. I went inside and although most of the staff were wearing masks, customers mostly weren’t. 3 hours later my car was still not done. I went to David and he did his best to expedite it. I got my car back 3 hours and 45 minutes after I brought it in. Everyone was very nice but perhaps you should book for the actual time you will have someone free to do the work, Especially when people like me are supposed to avoid being in public places due to the virus.
