Everything was perfect Lily atention was perfect as always
It was my first service with my new Titan. I came in for my oil change and had a recall for the ECM up date. Lily was very nice and told me it took two hours for the ECM up date. I said that was fine that I would wait. I ask her if it would be done by eleven or so and she said”should be”. It wasn’t done till after twelve and it still didn’t get washed. I bought my truck there because of the great service my grandson had with his truck. The reason I was concerned about the time was I had a Doctors appointment at 12:30. Anyway I really don’t think it was Lily’s fault. And you are short handed I was told. Hopefully my next service will be better.
David helped me get my car running like new again he did everything I asked of him.. big ups to David and the whole crew at Fontana Nissan.. Thanks guys..
My AC unit is not blowing any cold air from the front vents even though they were working just fine when I brought my car to the dealer on Monday afternoon. I brought up the issue to the service rep before taking off and I was dismissed very casually saying it is not our fault. We didn’t work in the AC. The unit was working just fine and I will escalate this issue with the Business Bureau.

I was dissatisfied with the service due to the fact that I was given miss information by your associate Lily. She informed me that because I had an appointment my car would be serviced within 2 hours, which eventually turned into 4 hours and a half hours without being informed. When asked if I wanted to opt out of my free car wash service she failed to inform me that they were barely going to be servicing my car. Overall, I was satisfied with all the other employees and their customer service. Thank you.

Lily was very rude and unprofessional. Did not call for updates. She said I needed battery covers and I agreed to service and I didn’t have any battery problems before. Next day car did not start. Lily would not call me back. I called 3 times. Finally got her on phone and they came to get me car. Took all day with no updates and than they said I needed a new battery not the battery covers. Very untrustworthy. I should get my money back for horrible experience. Never will I go there again!!!! She needs to be discipline and trained how to speak to customers.

Disappointed and surprised the your service people were not wearing face masks
The service was great. Juan was very nice and informative. When I did call in for the appointment the lady that helped me failed to let me know that there would be an almost 3 hour wait. That was a bit upsetting due to the fact that I had to call my x-husband to give me a ride for he was the only one in the area. Other than that I was very satisfied.
