It took a long time to realese my truck and they didn't gave a complete information, he told me that the system was down, at the moment, so I guess that was part of the problem, I hope next time my experience is different, first time am disappointed at this dealership.

My issue is that the letter I received stated it would take 1 hour. When I arrived, I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours. It kind of ruined my day. If I would have known in the 1st place, I would of made arrangements to get a ride. I couldn’t find a family member to help me out last minute.
They were supposed to fix my ABS and they didn’t. When I asked about it he said, “Well, didn’t you read the paperwork?” He is always condescending and provides poor service! I really never want to deal with him again.
Herman is top-notch. I appeciate his dedication to great customer service. Because I know I will get great service I purchase another car from Fontana Nissan.

Service was horrible today. Waiting 3hrs and half. She didn’t took not enough one minute of her to give a feed back on my car. She didn’t even walk me out to my car. Didn’t ask customer if they have any questions on today visit. On the passenger seat was left dirty. They should at least tell the customer the reason why the passenger was left dirty. Really bad services.It my first time buying a car in ur dealer having service done in ur dealer but with this experience not coming back.
