I had an appointment at 8:20am and I did a drop off to fix minor areas on my vehicle and I never received any update the whole time it was there! They had mention when placed appointment that I will take up to 4 hrs there & it was over 4 hours! Over 4 hours for nothing , they did not inspect my vehicle until I called them and the called me 30 mins later to notify me that none of the areas I took the vehicle for will be covered in my warranty ! That is ridiculous I will be going over my warranty and calling Fontana Nissan back to speak with a manager !

Today's experience was nothing like I've seen here before. To many things to list but a three and a half hour wait when you have an appointment is ridiculous along with no safety standards in place for customers protection during a pandemic. I'll write an email with more detail.

Had a 9:40 appointment for a simple oil change and my car did not get into the bay until about 11:20. By that point there is no understanding of have a appointment if it is not going to take about 2 hours to get a car into the bay.

A 9:00 appointment to change a battery should not take 3 hours. If you are short handed, don’t make so many appointments. All employees were great.
