I,didn't get what I, asked for. Especially since the rep. suggested the oil change special.59.99 for 3 oil changes. I, only got the one. Can't understand that one. Not only that I rescheduled so I could get complete Car detail and escheduler scheduled me for Saturday where they didn't do that. That was another disappointment and I got a message to get 3 gallons of gas and I didn't get that either so not satisfied

With the appointment it took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. Also, most of the employees were not following the safety protocol of face covering.

Had a 8:45 appointment and still took 2 and a half hours for an oil change? That seems like along wait. Everybody was very nice but there must be a way to speed things up!
