I was told the wait time would be about 3.5 hour to complete the service when I said I was waiting for the vehicle he told me he try to get it done sooner and he did it took about 2 hour which I greatly appreciate

If I didn't ask about my car I would have been sitting in the lobby all day. I personally saw when tevh took out of stall when completed never got a text from front desk that my car was done. It took me to ask so that it would be completed. I was waiting for car 1hr while the car was sitting in lane to go. I don't usually complain but like I said if I wouldn't have questioned ststus I would have been sitting there.

I had an appointment to schedule my work but not every thing was completed. I had arranged the time in my schedule for my car work to be done So this was an inconvenience to me. I do say I appreciate my service writer Herman as he stayed late to make sure most of the work that could be done got done and kept me informed how my vehicle was doing. I wish to complement Herman as he was only 1 of 2 employees I saw the whole time I was there that had a face mask on. Even the gentleman I believe he is the general manager of Fontana Nissan was walking around with no mask. The casher and the parts counter men had no mask. The other service writers had no mask. The multiple contacts by email to me over the last few months offering incentives for me to come in and support your business saying I was a valued customer was all voided when your business showed no respect for me or your other customers that were wearing our masks for your staffs health and safety. The information tends to say my mask does not protect me from Covid 19 it protects others from me possibly spreading Covid 19 to others. So I wear my mask to show respect to others. It would be nice if your business showed the same respect to your customers. Weather you believe wearing a mask makes any difference or not, it is a state mandate the everyone in public with other not in their living group must wear a mask. I believe for you to be open for business you must abide by by certain state and city guidelines. I saw very few guidelines being followed. I had the option to leave and not have my car serviced but opted to have my vehicle serviced and walk over to Home Depo while it was being serviced so I was not around the conditions. Was told to be back at 4:00 to pick up my vehicle. I was but had to stay till 5:30 or later to wait around in the above listed conditions. So even though they washed my car before it was return to me I had to go home and Clean & sanitize the interior of my car just for my families protection. My statements are not to say any thing negative or bad about your employees. It just shows bad management by those in charge of your business. I hope you will seriously consider my comments and make changes to how you show respect to your customers and your employees.

no estoy satisfecho me cobraron doble por un servicio . como cliente tuve que pagar la ineficiencia de sus mecánicos ellos me aseguraron que mi troka estaba bien y quedo peor y cuando la lleve para atras me cobraron doble ... simplemente me senti estafado por nissan

I went in to get my car an oil change and for technical issues I’ve been having with my screen when I reverse, the service advisor David said they would check it out so I left the car, the. I get the call to pick it up so I go and all he told me was that they ordered parts to switch out regarding the screen. As I am driving home I noticed my screen pitch black and no function, can’t even change the radio station they left it worse because my screen was working when I took it in it actually functioned, I’m driving all call the service department at 4 pm and a message says that my call can’t go through because it is not during service hours. Now I had to call the main line try to get connected to David after several attempts I did, I tell him what is going on with the screen and all he says “ well I guess there is a problem if there is a black screen” and also told me to just wait until that part came in which he just said next couples days. I’m highly upset of the service because I came out your dealership with my screen nonfunctional and I’m expected to just deal with it when it functioning other than those couple times of the reverse screen going out. On top of that the advisor seemed to brush me off because it was the end of the day. I have been with Fontana Nissan for 6 years and to be receiving this type of service is a shame because now I have a my horrible experience with you guys to share to others!
