I made an appointment for an oil change. The wait for service was over 3 hours. I was told there were only 2 staff on duty for service. Otherwise the service was good and the staff were very polite and professional.

Unfortunate service dept. was short-staffed, though I can understand. These are weird and challenging times. But had I known ahead of time, I would've rescheduled to a later date, rather than wait 2 1/2 hrs.
