My cust svc rep was fine; polite & efficient. However I was disappointed with the scheduling process. My 9:15 appointment became 9:45. The estimated repair time, 1 hr 45 min, became 2 hrs 10 min. Too many customers pushed into this mornings timeframe. Our time is also valuable.
I setup an appointment at 10:40 am by 11:46 am I was seating in my car waiting for a rep to take me in. After that they told me my will be ready in 2 hours thing never happened I wait more than 2 hours and watching my car thru the window no one was working on my car for 40 minutes. For my surprise I so the mechanic walking to my car with his lunch bag. So one thing happen he took his lunch and left me waiting until he finished. Seriously!!!
Always kindly and keep always in advice the requirements about the service of my car.

What good is making a appointment for 8 AM for 2 days and not get to my car 3 hours yesterday and 2 hours today and I had to ask about it. I had to go to your dealer twice. When I spoke to the service advisor a couple days prior to let them know that the seat buckle was not working at all. The job was finally completed but why did it have to take so long? It seems like your service dept is short staffed. There were other complaints from other customers of waiting to long.

Took too long with my car to get a basic oil change. Then had to come back to the dealership and have someone reset my computer system. And there was no shuttle home, and it did not indicate that when I made my service appointment online.

The mechanic didn't seem to know how to do the wheel alignment, he had 4 people helping him, my car still has a slight shaking in the steering wheel while driving and my steering wheel still isn't straight
