Why did I have to wait an hour and 20 minutes to be seen when I said I had to just drop off the vehicle I mean you guys have the Vin number you guys have the vehicle years of all information I hate waiting an hour in line for an hour and 20 minutes just to be seen for only less than a minute to tell the advisor my name and my phone number is ridiculous it’s getting out of control tell me there are only three advisers
