I had a very good experience. No complaints at all.
I dropped off my vehicle at 12 pm and at 445pm, 15 minutes before closing, I received a phone call stating the part was not available and that I’d have to come back Thursday. I rushed to the dealership to get my vehicle before they closed because I need it for tomorrow. There were not any apologies and I even received a text messages afterward saying thank you your vehicle is serviced and ready. I will not be coming back to this dealership.

It took a week to receive my vehicle with some, not all, repairs completed. But it's understandable that there were a couple of obstacles that myself and Lily had to deal with. However,the main factor, transmission shifter, was replaced and the vehicle works well. Throughout the week, I've dealt with Lily and despite my lack of temperament, Lily remained professional and polite at all times.
Herman provided excellent service. He informed and explained to me what was required for maintenance on my vehicle. The customer service Herman gives definitely exceeded expectations.

The wait time to get up to the service area is ridiculously long line even with people who have appointments, the service people take forever on one car before moving to the next car. Very short staffed

Lily always provides me with good customer service.
I reviewed my invoice and it appears that I was double charged for the labor associated with the repair work I had done. I was charged for the labor involved with changing my spark plugs, which involved removing the intake manifold cover and charged this same labor to replacing my gaskets and valve covers. The intake manifold was already off due to the spark plug replacement/charge.?
Herman and Robbie did an A+ job with customer service with me. I would love if they could be recognized for their excellent service. I look forward to the survey.
So far the vehicle runs ok. Great customer service by Herman Rivera. He was attentive and listened to all my concerns.
