I have a 9 AM appointment I did not see a service advisor until 9:40 AM there were a lot of cars being serviced I arrived at 8:40 in the morning my appointment was for an oil change and new windshield wipers I left there around 11:40I feel that it took too long being the time that I got there

I had an appointment at 9:15 a.m. arrived at 9:00 a.m. There was 2 lines full of cars. I finally got to the front of the line 1 1/2 hrs later. Was there for tire rotation & oil change only so I waited another 1 1/2 hrs to be told that my car needed additional services which would take about 1 hour to complete. Waited another 1 1/2 hrs and spent almost $800. Not sure if I'll be returning for future services

One of the guys told me over the phone that I didn't need an appointment to get my car serviced. I came in the traffic from Via Verde and when I got there I was told that I needed an appointment and had to come back the next day.

I made an appointment for 11:30. I arrived at 11:20 and waited until 12:06 before an advisor came out. Actually Dave appeared to have been the only advisor there.
