Lily’s customer service was great! Even though I had an appointment and still took them about 2 hours for my oil change, which is understandable due the situation, she made it another good experience at Nissan Fontana. I’ve done all my maintenance there and I will continue going there. Thank you Lily!

I had a 1 o'clock appointment and they were very busy.They were concerned that they would not get my car finished. But they finished my oil change and my recall problem before they closed. It was much appreciated.

When I dropped off my truck explained that it was having a hard time starting and maybe it's because of recall I didn't know what the recall was for so please check it out was never told about batteries were bad until I went back a day later after picking up my truck only message I got was it was done very disapointted Even when I got my truck nothing was said to me about i needed batteries the girl that waited on me had attitude my wife could see it from her car when I came back Herman Rivas is the one who explained everything to me and apologized told him it's not his fault and thanked him

When I picked up my car I was told by the lady that it'd be a few mins and I waited outside for 15 mins before I had to go in and grab my keys and get my own car.
