I had an appointment for a routine oil change and was told to be there at 1:40. I arrived as scheduled and was told it was going to take 2 hours. What is the purpose of an appointment if it’s going to take 2 hours? I am a senior citizen, I have no other transportation, do not want to be out around other people with this current pandemic. The weather has been hot ???? outside, over 100 degrees and I cannot be out in the heat with my medications. The wait for a routine oil change with appointment is unacceptable.

I felt I was over charged for the services provided, but thats the mechanic industry, take advantage of customers and over charge.

Yes the Mr. Pisani was amazing, I arrived early and the gate was not open, i was second in line,when I drove to the Patio the car that arrive after me was help first and I expressed my frustration with him and he made things right. I really appreciate that and thank you for the free car wash.

Juan is the best, he is the reason I keep coming back. He has great customer service skills and I love how there in no pressure to have extras maintenance on my car. Some places make u feel they just want to sell unnecessary maintenance or pressure you to replace parts. I feel that Fontana Nissan is honest and I live taking my car here.
