Received a text right before 5:00 PM stating that my car is ready. I paid right away via the link in the text and received a text stating “I’ll see you soon”. Got to the dealer at 5:20 PM and the people weren’t able to find my keys or paperwork. So I was not able to pick up my car on that day. The next day I text two times and I called, left a message to find out details about picking up my car at 5:15 PM and nobody responded.
Took too long just for an oil change , 4 hours and when the car was ready no one look for me to tell me my car was ready , my phone wasn’t charge so I couldn’t receive text but no one ever look for me I had to go and ask after and hour of it being ready. Bad service most of the times I go they take too long just for something simple , why have a appointment for a certain time if you gotta know your just gonna spend you whole day there .
The job was well done but the time it took was unacceptable! We made an appointment and had to wait for 2 hours. No sense in scheduling appointments if you have to wait that long for an oil change!
