I have experienced severe problems with my versa over the last 6 years. I have always serviced my car at Fontana Nissan and have always experienced horrible service. They are all rude and never want to step up to help the consumer. I recently went in complaining of transmission problems and instead of trying to hell me they ignored me and sent him home with a potentially dangerous car. It is very reckless and unprofessional and disappointing since this is not my first bad experience or first time giving Nissan this feedback. I am beyond disgusted with how they treat their consumers and how little they care about the safety of others. That whole dealership needs an adjustment and I only return because I continue to experience severe issues with my car that have to be dealt with at Nissan.

The wait was unbelievable long for an oil change. I was scheduled for an oil change at 1. I was notified that the oil change would take 2 hours!! The reason I was not satisfied was because setting an appointment should have allowed me to be in and out. Each time I go in for an oil change, I am always waiting longer than I should due to the walk-ins you guys take. Please separate the queue from appointments and walk-ins. There is no reason why I should have to wait when I have an appointment.
