Nissan’s decision to again replace my 2nd bad transmission with another rebuild/refurbished trans is unacceptable - BAD MOVE!!! I already have changed the minds of 3 people I know to buy some other vehicle than a Nissan!!! Corporate should have offered me $5K for my car and let me walk! In just 4 days I’ve already cost them $100K in new sales. Andy was very nice and Nikki was very, thank God for their good Ethics...

He stared making issues about my service I toll him need to sheck the problem in my car I know nothing is free he was saying is how much for just checking all I want is to check my rear shocks he 140 for that I say you guys do inspection in the car anyway no.The day before I was there with my other car and I was talking to mr. Frank (manager) and he says to me if you have any issues please let me now I mentioned to the guy in service and he change complete my point is why we go to this extreme Thanks. Mario M
