I asked who an older man taut took my information to leave my car , to please check on my brakes if it’s possible, he said yes no problem, but they didn’t do it I was there from 930 am to 1400 pm is ridiculous that amount of hours waiting for oil change and a recall that my vehicle has , I made an appointment , but it looked like I didn’t cuz I waited to long , then I wasn’t explained what they did or what I need this older man just charge me and bye no word about anything. I won’t be back to this location he didn’t even mentioned about my brakes

Juan assisted Andy and practically handle my visit. I made a purchase from the parts counter and the service provided by Braulio and Belen was excellent and hard to find these days. Those two are the reason I will come back, and should be recognized. I purchased a oil change package so I will be back for the outstanding service.

The only issue I had was that my Engine Air Filter was dirty and no one told me it needed to be replaced. I would of gladly had authorized Nissan to replace it. But no one informed me. I dod it myself after I got home and checked my paperwork.

I was satisfied with his service. However I had to wait 45 minutes prior to him starting his service which was not his fault. While waiting that long time observed your employees not wearing mask. I did mention it to him and he said he would take care of it. While waiting in the waiting room anotherOf your employees came down to buy Coke without wearing a mask I told him he should be but he ignored me
