No I was not satisfied at all bad customer service !! They didn’t call me when my car was ready until hours pass I was calling office to see if my car was ready and they would tell me in 5 min I call about 10 times and they would still tell me in 5 min after 7 hours had pass !! They wanted to charge me for the oil change when I had it for free !! Really bad customer service

1) The initial checking in process takes too long; you have they guys there but they disappear and then only one guy is left to check in 5-6 cars at a time. It’s unprofessional and your service manager needs to be on site managing their time. 2) Juan automatically assumed that I was there for an oil change-w/out asking me. It sounds like a practice that you guys do to get at least that $$ from any customer who isn’t savvy enough to question you. 3) Juan assessed my car as needing a $600 service. When I told him I had an extended warranty, he said it wasn’t covered-I don’t think he bothered to check. This was my 2nd. visit to your dealership and neither time was I satisfied. I would rather drive 25 miles to Duarte or further and have the peace of mind of knowing that i received good and honest service. Thank you for your attention in this matter, but don’t ask for feedback if you don’t intend to use it.
So upsetting how I was told an hour to have my vehicle worked on and had no shuttle to take me home so waited only to have Andy come to me to tell my options and that it would be an hour and a half for it to be complete. Then it turns out that I saw that after 2 hours later they barely took my car in for servicing then took another 3 hours to complete so needless to say that I have never felt so frustrated and noone came to communicate with me any delays or give me status even after i asked several times. I am 5 months pregnant sitting in the dealership on a personal day off from work for 6 hours was not what I was looking forward to. So upsetting of course with my state I cried all the way home that is how upset I was. I have been at this dealership for services all the time and this day was the worst ever. And 10% off my bill didn't do crap! Still to this day I'm pissed and frustrated of this event.
When I went to pick-up my car, the rep at the counter told me that David said that he had discussed the amount of my bill with me and that I had agreed to it.Not true. He called me and said that my car was ready and that was it. We did not discuss $ amount.

Only concern was service had to be performed on the abs system and I had to pay a deductible when, I just had an abs recall service performed two weeks prior and wasn’t told any additional service would be needed for the same system at a cost.
