Juan Meléndez has excellent customer service skills. Whenever we go for service, we ask for him to assist us if possible. He takes the the time to explain things to make sure that you understand what’s going on and calls you back when necessary, promptly! I had an issue with my car starting, we got it fixed (the brake switch), then it wouldn’t start again. We took it in and the battery was drained....it got replaced and there are no apparent reasons why this should happen again. All possible tests were done and the car is running fine.

I think it was bad that with an appointment I had to stay in my car in line for an hour and a half. Then it took another hour and a half for an oil change. I arrived at 9:30 and left at 12:30.
