Hermen was very nice and explained everything that was needed for my vehicle. He also keep me up dated and informed on the status of repairs. He’s a very pleasant person he focuses on you and your issues and questions. Very pleasant to work with!

I did not appreciate having an appointment and having to wait an hour to check the car in and after I told my server to text me when the car was done he never text me
Juan Meléndez has excellent customer service skills. Whenever we go for service, we ask for him to assist us if possible. He takes the the time to explain things to make sure that you understand what’s going on and calls you back when necessary, promptly! I had an issue with my car starting, we got it fixed (the brake switch), then it wouldn’t start again. We took it in and the battery was drained....it got replaced and there are no apparent reasons why this should happen again. All possible tests were done and the car is running fine.
Juan and Herman are the best! They take care of business!

I think it was bad that with an appointment I had to stay in my car in line for an hour and a half. Then it took another hour and a half for an oil change. I arrived at 9:30 and left at 12:30.
