Not only does Juan provide excellent Customer service but he also takes the time to do the following with me... 1. Reviews all prior services on the vehicle 2. Provides feedback on the work that is being recommended for service 3. Assist me with finding the best price option available 4. Provides me a summary of the multi-point inspection completed on the vehicle after each service Juan exemplifies excellence as my Service Advisor every time I arrive for my appointments. He has been my Advisor since the beginning, when I purchased my vehicle from Fontana Nissan, and I have to say, he knows my car just as well as I do and knows what it needs. I would recommend Juan to anyone who is a Nissan Car Owner because I know he will provide tjem with the best service possible. Thank you, Mr. Juan, and Fontana Nissan, for providing such outstanding service these past three years. Everything whent very eassy from the moment that I made the appointment , at the shop my vehicle was received promptly. They did not take to long to make the service but enough time for me to have a delicious cup of free hot chocolate. I was satisfied with the time that was said it would be done. Thanks for catching a couple of safety issues which I didn’t want to ignore! I was there for about 21/2 hours, and I noticed there was no popcorn, coffee, and the cold drink machine was out of order, but that’s not why I was there, it just would have been nice.

Not happy at all. I’ve had an issue with my car that I explained for over a year & I was told nothing was wrong with it now my engine light turns on & they want to replace my transmission and rob me of almost $5,000 when they could have fixed the issue I complained to them for a year! The advisor said nothing could be done & couldn’t help me knowing Nissan Altima transmission are faulty!!! I’m very upset & sad this had to happen before Christmas not only was 2020 horrible but now nissan completely ruined my Christmas thank you for nothing

I have an on going issue with the check in process. Every single time I watch the check in person go to the car that pulls in after me. I hear them ask if they have an appointment and they say no. I don't know how this issue can be resolved but I rather go to another Nissan service center.
