I came to your dealership many times for my tires one morning around 5:00 I was on the freeway and my tire went flat I called the tow truck man he came but he cannot put the spare tire on because of when I brought my car there for service they did not put the key back for my tire so I had to get my car towed to Nissan Fontanawhen the tow truck man could have to just change the tire and I could have been on my way to work I was late to work 3 hours because of this problem and still do not have the key for my tire I had to leave a couple of days before I can get my car back because they did not have the tire in stock
Had appointment schedule for Saturday was told was going to take 5 hours they said to bring the car back during the week it may be a shorter wait take my car on Tuesday still had a way 5 hours for an oil change.

My interaction with Juan was very professional and enjoyable. He was very informative with my oil change request and answering a couple of questions. I do have a concern with the length of time of acknowledgment. I had a an appointment at 12:30 PM. I arrive at 12:25, I was acknowledge by a Nissan worker at 12:40. Juan started interacting with me at 1 o’clock.
My car is driving so much better. I will say, though, that the loaner that was provided had not been cleaned, which is so important now, more than ever.

I dropped my 2019 Nissan Sentra off at 10:30 for 10:40 appointment. I was there until 4:30 in the afternoon.

Juan is an overall great person, he took care of me. He called me with each and every update. He never kept me waiting. He has high quality customer service! Although my issue with the car is not completely resolved, Juan did a great job!!!
