I left multiple messages that weren’t returned. I called over a dozen times and it’s impossible to get through to a person. VM every time. I had to call the sales floor and demand to speak with a human in the service department. That was the one time I was able to get though. NO ONE called me to let me know my truck was received. For all I knew the tow truck driver could have stolen my truck. I had to physically go in to get the processes started. Communication is horrible and not being able to call in really stinks. Your automated text system has a phone number that is disconnected and no one ever pays attention to it or responds to messages on it.
My car was only inspected and had the TCM replaced. But the problem of the car WAS NOT fixed. I was charged $290 for NO work done! Thank you Nissan Fontana for robbing me my hard earned money.

Dave again was very professional and addressed the issues with my vehicle. The problem i have is that i trusted the brand and quality of the vehicle i purchased that the warranty would be honored. It seems that i have spent a large amount of time and very limited amount of my resources that i am limited to,that my vehicle s issues cannot be corrected. I am willing to take my vehicle one last time so the issues can be resolved. Dave has been a very great serviceman to me and he is an asset to your company.all i would ask is that you as a company would treat your customers with respect and loyalty. Thank you
