Only thing I didn’t like was I had an appointment at 8:30am for an oil change and my car wasn’t ready till almost 12 it’s pointless having an appointment if it takes that long

Only issue I had was the waiting. I thought that by having an appointment I wouldn’t have needed to spend majority of my morning in your lobby. It took 2.5hours for my car to get brought back only for the mechanic to work on it for less than 30mins and then an additional 20 minutes to get back to the front and paper work ready.

Today was by far one of the best experiences I have had at Fontana Nissan, because of Philp Finley. He was so attentive to my needs. I do not know much about cars so when I asked questions he was not rude or annoyed, he explained everything to me in detail, and was very helpful. He is very personable and had an awesome attitude the entire time. Great customer service.
