I have no complaints with my service, I didn’t have to wait long,I enjoyed my visit, I relaxed in the lobby everyone kept their distance, I just hate they didn’t have no cream and Sugar??, and Philip Finley was very polite, if or whenever I have to return I hope he still there.
I have an Infiniti and was treated very rudely at the local Infiniti dealer after a long term relationship and 4 Infinitis, Andy was so easy to deal with, he made my experience having my car serviced there wonderful
I had an issue with my car from my previous visit so I had to take it back and Juan welcomed me with open arms and he fixed the issue on my car with no questions asked. I was very pleased.
He was excellent!!! Fast efficient, concerned, very thorough about everything on my car, kept me up to date on cost when it was ready , everything...definite great customer service!!!!!

Herman was great as was the cashier. However, there was a lady employee not wearing a mask. She had long hair and wore plaid pants. She walked by me several times. Please see that everyone wears a mask. Thank you!!
