The wait to drop off the vehicle was ridiculous. To have an appointment and wait 1 hour just to drop it off is uncalled for. If there is not enough staff to handle appointments then don't accept walk ins

I think you did pretty good for the 1st time that I've ever met him I believe he needs a little bit more training but other than that I give them a very good thumbs up
