Andy is a really great service advisor. He was there on time and my truck was done on time also. Kept me informed about my service. Fontana Nissan service team are the best. Just want to say Along with Andy, Nicki Neuer (parts & Service Director) does a great job and very personal. Really cares !

Good service just concerned about making a appointment For oil change and waiting 2 hrs. What is the purpose of the Appointment? Certainly oil change doesn’t take 2 hrs. Thank you

Still a bad front end shimmy at highway speeds. I’m glad I got the control arms replaced but there is something else wrong. It seems the mechanic must not have taken it for a test drive on the highway. I am open for suggestions.
