The guy who did my oil change did his thing. He kicked ****. Phil is always koo dude. He always is helpful as well. But the courtesy car wash. Man that was half **** if that. Lol. But it’s still a free wash. But of course I had to touch it up when I got home. They didn’t even clean the rims at all and do the window. But it’s a courtesy wash so shouldn’t expect much but could be done better Thanks for all that was done much appreciation ????????

When I bought my vehicle in february, the finance guy told me to ask the service advisor to hold off on using my 1 free oil change until the end of my service contract, but today when I asked service advisor Phillip to do that, he said that they dont do that. He was nice, I had rather quick service today because I was early, but I was disappointed when he told me that they dont do that. I mean why would the finance guy tell me to have them do that if they dont do that? I would like you guys to honor that because its useless to me to use it now if i have my first 12 oil changes free already. Thank you

Andy my service advisor when above and beyond providing excellent customer service. He educated me and took time to explain what service my car needed. His honesty and integrity made me feel so comfortable moving forward accepting the recommend service needed for my car. I have been coming to Nissan for over a decade and Andy is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. I am so glad you hired him. He is a great asset to your service department.
