Philip was very professional, as usual. Every experience I've had with Philip has been wonderful. He made sure to keep me in the loop at all times.
Came in for an oil change and 30k mile service in my 370z. After leaving I noticed on the receipt that they put conventional oil instead of synthetic. For the life of the car they have only ever put synthetic oil. I tried to reach out to the service center and could not get ahold of anyone so I left a message. That was several days ago with no reply. I wanted to wait to leave a negative comment in case they returned my call but never did. Not happy

Other than the overall service, when I arrived nearly at closing to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that all could not be completed because of the busyness of the day. However, I was informed that David would stay to complete the last of the items, which he did. He was able to finish right at closing. The service, and the commitment to serve, was much appreciated.
