Juan Melendez and his Team are extremely thorough when they are serving my vehicle. They make sure to make notations of their findings and Juan is able to accurately articulate what needs to be serviced either immediately or on my next visit. It is because of their great Teamwork that my vehicle has surpassed the 100,000 miles mark with very minimal to no serious repairs--keeping my car running as God as it did, when it was new.

Sorry, no trust in service writers. During a prior servicing, your mechanic damaged a hose connection, unrelated to the repair work being completed. He attempted to glue the hose connection. I drove about 10 miles when the now hot fluid burst the “glued” fitting. I was stranded for 6 hours trying to get a tow. When I directed the service writer to the broken fitting, he contacted the mechanic who advised him the damage he caused and his attempt to “glue” the fitting back in place. I did receive an apology, and a minimal discount on the repair. When I drove the vehicle off your lot, the air bag idiot light started blinking. When I had my oil changed today, I asked the service writer to check the light, at a cost of $145. I was told the cost of repair, seat belt tensioner, would cost me another $500 plus to repair. Obviously I very, slow, but I figured out the further I stay away from your dealership, the better my vehicle runs, and the fewer repairs I will have to endure.
Just want to say That Phillip was Outstanding and Very Exceptional…He Made Me Feel Very Comfortable and Relax By Knowing That My Car Would Be In Good Hands….Thanks Phillip!!!!
