I wasn’t fully satisfied that, even with a scheduled appointment the wait time was about 3 hours. The person helping me just gave me an initial charge for an oil change, no options were given, told me to sign and wait.

My adviser was great but my wait time was 2 1/2 hours and I had an appointment. Just not fair. No y appointment waist 10am I was in line until 12:15noon. Philip my adviser was great!

This is my first time visiting a Nissan for service, not to mention the first time I've ever had issues with a transmission. David was very honest and detailed about what was wrong with my car, along with solutions for it. With his help, I was able to receive my car back within a day, even though I had to replace the entire transmission! David was consistently friendly and helpful, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.
My appointment was for 8:30 I get there and there's about 20 cars lined up ahead of me and I have to wait behind them how does that get me to my 8:30 appointment so I drove up to the front and the boy that was taking down information told me I had to go drive my car to the end of the line and I said how am I going to get there because we're other cars in the other names so he told me to drive up and then told the guy it was getting information too to put me last in the car in front of me I said but I haven't 8:30 appointment he says well so today I go they all have 8:30 appointments a couple of the guys that were coming in and out came out and help me I said not to pay attention to that boy so one guy came and said he would go check my information inside and he did and he says Andy's going to be taking care of your you today Andy came right out sign me in and took my car if I would have waited in that line I would have been there till another hour I don't like that that's why I made an appointment so I don't have to wait so I appreciate with Andy and the other guy did for me and I'm a senior citizen who wasn't feeling good
