Always short staffed and long wait times. Requested for the servicer today to fill up my washer fluid along with my oil change today. They forgot again. Last visit they gave me a printed list showing all the maintenance they completed that day. On this list they checked that they filled my washer fluid when in fact hey had not.

Juan was super! Efficient personable and willing to please! I was very happy with the service and the detailed report I received. It made up for the disappointment of trying 11 times to schedule an appointment and NOT getting g thru, nor receiving a call. Thank you Juan!!!
