David Pisani is the BEST SERVICE ADVISOR there he takes his time and not ONLY that he makes sure that everything was done as agreed. As I continue to bring my car to get oil or any other service at Nissan in Fontana the ONLY person I want to deal with is David. Definitely I have no words to express how satisfied and happy I am with his service.
After waiting about an hour for my appointment I was a bit dissatisfied with the whole online appointment. It needs to say somewhere that actual appointment not guaranteed. Andy was very courteous and was able to promise that I'd be out by 12:30 and he did!
First we have to wait for 3 hrs just for oil change and on top of that They going to charge me for the tires rotation with out doing it
I was a little exhausted after waiting for 3 & 1/2 hours but David did his best to get my vehicle in a perfect condition, he must be credited

Although when I arrived Phillip was busy he let me know he would help me very soon. When he was done he did not rush through any of my concerns and made sure all of my questions were addressed.

Two times appointments for this small hinge .( two times visits).
Nobody called for availability of item; I have to call myself .
In second appointment, can not do 1-2 hours as Tel lady said ;Nissan helped CME to send back with Lyft to my address.
Took The whole day to change these small hinges.
I had to get a family member and other car to pick up again .
I got a lot bothering for these small things to change .
Philip was very friendly and beyond helpful.He took good care of me and my car from the beginning to the end.
