When I called to confirm my appointment they said I didn’t have one so I had to reschedule. They called me around 4:15 to ask why I haven’t picked up my car I told them I was never notified that it was ready. I asked if Nissan still does courtesy washes I was told the **** when I picked up my car it was dirty. I asked if they could get washed they said it was too late to return on Monday before 430. But the only problem is my work schedule is Monday through Friday don’t get off till 5 / 5:15.

I had my appointment at 8:30 on a Thursday. It took 3 hours to get my oil and filter change and tire rotation. I think this is too long of a wait. I will try a different location next time.
Andy was very courteous. Gave me an estimate time when I could expect the service would be done and it was.
