I am very unsatisfied. My car is still making the noise I brought it in for and I was charged $1217.53. Horrible customer service and I feel completely taken advantage of.
Very professional, I was there before it opened,he took care of checking me in soon as he arrived and setting up a ride home. Called and I got a text when the car was ready. He checked to see if the car was under warranty without me having to ask.
The service was great and when they said 1 1/2 hours it was done! Great communication with texting!

I came to Nissan for quality service to get my airbags fixed and paid $840, for what? The airbag light is still flashing. Explain to me why I should pay for something without results. Take your parts back and return my money. Obviously they repaired the wrong part. Very unsatisfied. I spent $2,0000 on repairs. I came there with my elderly mom on a walker when the work was done, they did not offer me lift transportation home that day as a courtesy.
If I were told it was $1,800 to repair my airbags, I could of had the chance to deny and take my car somewhere else for repair.

I had the car for only 4 months and I'm already paying too much for services that needs to be done. I have already spoken to someone about it, and I am now waiting on how it will be resolved

Almost 3 hour wait at the dealership. Did not get a call or text or email notification that my vehicle was ready. The cost for an oil change is expensive. I will be taking my business elsewhere
