I went get a oil change on my 2020 altima car.. I didn't have a appointment so I get there at 8:22.. so I told the guy what I need for my car... so he said just wait until someone comes and help you... ok... I wait it and wait it... no one came so it was 8:59 and I saw a service guy.. and I told him I been here since 8:22 and I don't get help from the service department... he said we have to get first the ones with a appointment first... I told him it's not fair that you guy are ignoring people like that... you should get 1 car with no appointments too... if wouldn't open my mouth to the guy about me been there that long I don't know when someone was going to help me... so they took my car in at 9:40 until 12:20... I was there 4hrs just because I didn't have appointment... I been going to nissan for 11 years and this had never happened to me .... I'm very disappointed ???? today with the service...
He was very helpful keeping me informed at all the time with the progress until he completed. Thank you Nissan for the good service I love that you clean my car.
Very happy with the prompt service. They checked me in on time and finished ahead of promised time. Also like the fact that my vehicle received a quick wash as well.

The representatives were very helpful and professional. They communicated with me throughout the servicing of my vehicle. The problem is I received my vehicle with markings on my front left fender that weren’t there prior to me dropping it off. I drop off a clean vehicle and got it back with scratches. But they took care of my recalls.
